2024（令和6）年6月に成立した入管法及び技能実習制度の一部改正法により、技能実習制度は「育成就労制度」となり、2027（令和9）年4月から施行されます。「特定技能制度及び育成就労制度の円滑な施行及び運用に向けた有識者懇談会」では、本人意向転籍の要件、転籍時の初期費用の補填の仕組み、監理支援機関の許可基準、育成就労制度において外国人が送出機関に支払う費用の上限等について検討してきました。具体的な運用を示す関係省令等については、パブリックコメントを経て、2025（令和7）年9月30日に公布されました。主な内容をみていきます。
